Concept
The concept shows a study on an approximately 190.000m2 large area with around 3,000 apartments an the northern city border of Vienna.
The area issituated on the border with Lower Austria and shows different building textures.
Those are blended in the concept together structurally and "merged". The high-rise development near the artificail lake should facilitate a look at the water for many of the new inhabitants.
In a cluster east of the property, the mid-rise building of infrastructure buildings are arranged.
